Prix Bakery POS is a complete bakery production and retail management system built for bakeries, patisseries, and confectioneries running both walk-in retail and wholesale supply. It manages the full workflow from ingredient procurement and recipe-driven production through to point-of-sale, custom cake orders, and financial reporting in one platform.
At its core is a bill-of-materials production engine: standard recipes link finished bakery items to raw ingredient quantities, so every production batch automatically consumes stock and every sale reflects real production cost. It supports desktop and mobile POS tills, a dedicated kitchen order display, multi-branch operations with inter-shop stock transfers, and a full double-entry accounting and payroll suite.
The system also includes SMS and WhatsApp customer notifications and a self-service customer portal for online invoice viewing and payment.
